This screen contains the Loan Originator Information, Loan Originator

Phone Number and Email Address, which prints on the Good Faith

Estimate. NOTE: All Loan Originator Information fields are located on

this screen, such as the Name, Phone, Fax, E-Mail, and License Number.

 Banker – Fees and Impounds

The First Payment Date and Disbursement Date (Funding Date) can be

found at the button of the screen.
